As a Supplier Development Manager, you will embark on challenging projects, collaborate with outstanding professionals, and enjoy opportunities for professional growth and international experience.

Aernnova is strengthening its team of Supplier Development Managers.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Lead and coordinate a work team of Supplier Development Engineers to ensure the technical and industrial capacity of suppliers by validating project elements in industrialization to guarantee sustainable compliance with Aernnova's requirements.

• Collaborate with responsible parties in defining purchasing strategies, annual objectives, and budgets while planning personal and material resources for their fulfillment.
• Establish, lead, and develop a team of collaborators in coordination with project leaders and functional directions.
• Participate in defining purchasing requirements, supplier selection, and organizing deliverables according to Aernnova's APQP model and necessary conditions for validation.
• Coordinate concurrent engineering with suppliers during project development and industrialization, conducting continuous monitoring of maturity and progress, correcting deviations, and validating transition to serial production.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience : more than 5 years
• High level of English proficiency
• Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel)
• Availability for travel, including teamwork and communication skills
