In this role, you will coordinate P3 bidding processes, engage with advisors, and support project management initiatives. As a member of our development team, you will assist with P3 bidding processes from a developer / equity investor perspective across various geographical areas.
Duties and responsibilities include :
You will work closely with our team members to develop overall schedules, track project milestones, and deliverables. Additionally, you will coordinate with lead project management team members to develop bid deliverables from a finance, design, construction, operations, and rehabilitation standpoint.
