• Experience in running and controlling high-value M&E contracts.
• Numerate and IT literate with an understanding of business performance software.
• Ability to understand commercial business contracts and knowledge of contract law.

• Proactively manage and monitor project profitability.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of project reports and documentation.

Job Title : Senior Project Management Officer

Key Responsibilities :

The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of projects in accordance with contractual obligations. This includes ensuring full compliance with contract scope, timely delivery, and quality as well as achieving project profitability.

• Manage project planning, translating customer needs into detailed project plans shared with company functions involved.
• Proactively manage and monitor project profitability.
• Coordinate deliveries with clients and purchasing to avoid inventory and ensure on-time start-ups.

Additional responsibilities include :

Responsible for timeliness, quality, and maintenance of project reports and documentation package.

Ensure accurate and timely forecasting of project's revenue / margins.

Raise invoice requests for timely billing.

Requirements :

To be successful in this role, you will need :

Degree level in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience in running and controlling high-value M&E contracts.

Numerate and IT literate with an in-depth understanding of business performance software packages.

Ability to understand commercial business contracts and sound knowledge of contract agreements and contract law.
