TAPTAP Peru is seeking an experienced programmatic trader to join our Madrid-based team. The role focuses on trafficking, optimizing, and reporting on data-driven digital campaigns across Sonata DSP/DMP, collaborating closely with Sales and Product teams.

You will monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights to exceed client expectations while growing media revenue in Iberia. This is a permanent position based in Madrid with competitive package.

Formación

• Advanced English (C1).
• 5 years in a similar role on a trading desk or ad-ops/programmatic team.
• Min 1 year of programmatic buying with RTB.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Data-driven, able to tell stories from campaign data.
• Excellent communication and KPI understanding.
• Understanding of online advertising metrics and KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Programming and implementing digital media campaigns across Sonata platform.
• Monitoring delivery, KPIs, and inventory; propose optimizations.
• Creating reports and insights for internal teams and clients.
• Collaborating with Sales and Product teams to grow programmatic revenues.
