Taptap Peru is offering a paid 6-month Sales Administration Internship in Madrid. You will support the Client Services Team in overseeing the campaign process and revenue handling, gaining hands-on experience in digital advertising.

The role requires currently pursuing a degree in Digital Marketing or a related field, advanced Excel skills, and strong English (B2). Prior exposure to programmatic advertising and client management is a plus.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Experience in digital advertising & marketing is a plus.
• Experience in sales & client management is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in digital marketing and programmatic advertising.
• Former experience with programmatic advertising platforms (SSPs/DSPs/DMPs) is a plus.
• Advanced level of English (B2) required.

Responsabilidades

• Set up new clients in the system (terms sheet management).
• Coordinate with the Sales team to update the SCM.
• Follow up on proposals submitted to clients.
• Receive Insertion Orders (IOs) and verify alignment with proposals.
• Support the team with archived campaigns by providing reports and documentation.
• Support monthly billing reconciliation and closing process.
• Ensure an optimal campaign implementation and trafficking process.
• Update client service management tools (e.g., Trello) during onboarding.
• Ensure timely closure of campaigns and deliver final figures.
• Coordinate monthly closing figures with clients and reconcile data between Sonata and ad servers.
• Provide the Finance team with monthly closing figures and onboarding documentation.
