Job summary

ATSG Corporation is actively seeking candidates for an Executive Officer to support the Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs, Passport Services Directorate. This role requires serving as the executive interface with government officials and overseeing the HQ Services program.

The position emphasizes strategic leadership, risk management, and quality assurance, with PMP certification and a Secret clearance. Occasional travel may be required for coordination and proposal support.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and a Secret security clearance.
• Master’s degree or 12 years of related experience.
• PMP certification required.
• 8+ years’ experience as a Program Manager with focus on risk management, innovation and quality systems.
• Strong leadership and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Contractor’s executive leadership interface with the CO, COR, and government managers.
• Oversee the entire program for HQ Services.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to align the program with the customer’s mission.
• Provide leadership to program staff and manage day-to-day operations.
