Job summary

ATSG Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to support the Department of State's Passport Services Directorate. This role focuses on leading contractor staff, managing tasks from inception to completion, and ensuring schedule, budget and quality compliance.

Candidates must have Secret clearance, PMP certification, and 8+ years of program management experience, with a Master’s degree or 12 years of experience. Occasional travel may be required; Washington, DC-based.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of program management experience.
• Secret Security Clearance.
• PMP certification.
• Master’s Degree in related field or 12 years of experience.
• Robust understanding of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.
• Experience identifying program risks and implementing mitigations.
• Proven leadership and staff supervision abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication, with executive-level reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Contractor staff and oversee schedules.
• Plan, execute, and monitor tasks from inception to completion with timelines, budgets and quality.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients and stakeholders on task objectives and deliverables.
• Conduct continuous service delivery improvements for more efficient capabilities.
• Assign contractor schedules, review work discrepancies, supervise personnel, and communicate policies and goals.
• Other related duties as assigned.
