Production Fragrances Manager

We’re seeking a Production Manager for the Fragrances value stream, reporting to the Department's Production Director. This role involves controlling and coordinating all production activities in line with the Company's safety, quality, service level, productivity, and cost objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Senior Production Manager, you will manage the daily operations of the filling plant.

Your main focus includes:

• Ensuring the production plan complies with safety, quality, service, and cost standards,
• Resolving daily issues and leading teams,
• Implementing systems, standardizing production processes, and fostering continuous improvement in manufacturing,
• Developing and motivating middle managers,
• Participating in investigations related to incidents/accidents at the plant,
• Leading investigations into quality nonconformities across lines,
• Managing planned breakdowns and stops to ensure adherence to the production schedule,
• Reporting KPIs and monitoring production efficiency,
• Ensuring compliance with GMP standards,
• Proposing continuous improvement initiatives,
• Leading and motivating the Production Managers team (including Process Engineers, Shift Leaders, Maintenance staff),
• Contributing to Granollers' Business Needs,
• Building systems to increase facility capacity (improving OEE, enhancing flexibility, tracking capacity, visual management),
• Enhancing team capabilities through development of AM, PM, Settings cards, C/O, standardization, visual management, DMS, and problem-solving skills.
