Scopely in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Product Performance Manager to join the MONOPOLY GO! team on a hybrid basis.

The role focuses on driving performance for Live Mini Games, leveraging data, experiments, and AI-driven insights to enhance player experiences and business outcomes. You will partner with Analytics, Data Science, Economy, Game Design, Production, Engineering, and Live Operations to own the end-to-end execution of performance initiatives and share actionable recommendations with

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or related fields.
• 3+ years of dedicated Product Management experience.
• Strong data-driven decision making with experimentation.
• Ability to define hypotheses, KPIs, and performance readouts.
• Understanding of F2P game systems, LiveOps, and game economies.
• AI-savvy mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own performance for key Live Mini Games, developing a deep understanding of player behavior, engagement, and business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis and translate insights into clear product actions.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of A/B tests and live optimizations, defining hypotheses, KPIs, and success criteria.
• Lead performance readouts and translate learnings into broader strategies and best practices across the Mini Games portfolio.
• Continuously optimize gameplay, balancing, rewards, pacing, and other live levers to improve player experience and performance.
