Scopely seeks a hands-on Technical Director, Live Operations for MONOPOLY GO! in Barcelona. The role is hybrid, three days a week in the Barcelona hub, guiding configuration systems, tooling, and live-ops strategies.

You will lead and develop technical and operational teams, shape the tooling roadmap, and ensure reliable, scalable game configurations from creation to players. This leadership role blends architecture, delivery, and people management.

Formación

• Experience with configuration systems, tools, or delivery pipelines.
• Experience leading technical teams and improving live game systems.
• Hands-on with roadmap decisions, technical design, and issue diagnosis.
• Operational judgment balancing delivery and long-term improvements.
• Ability to translate user needs into tooling roadmap and adoption.
• Strong communication and collaborative leadership.
• Curiosity and commitment to developing people.
