A leading technology company in Spain is looking for an experienced Product professional to join their team. In this role, you will lead a team of Product Owners and drive the integration of AI into product and business strategies. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in English and a strong understanding of AI technologies, alongside experience with agile methodologies.

• Experience leading and mentoring product teams.
• Strong understanding of AI applications in business.
• Proficiency in English (C1 minimum).

Are you passionate about technology, teamwork, and delivering real value? We're seeking an experienced product professional to join a transformative project, working closely with both technical and business teams.

Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners, providing guidance and support in their roles.

Develop and implement strategies for integrating AI into product development and business processes.

Ensure alignment of product development with business goals and customer needs.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.

Good understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.

Good understanding of AI development processes, including model training, deployment, and maintenance.

Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.

Proficiency in English is required, with a minimum level of C1.
