Formación

  • 5+ years in Product Owner or Product Manager roles, preferably in SaaS or hospitality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English (minimum C1).
  • Technical knowledge of agile methodologies and product management tools.

Role

As a Senior Product Owner , you will act as the bridge between business needs and technological solutions. You will lead the definition and execution of the product vision, ensuring our solutions continue to deliver meaningful value to our customers and reinforce our position as a leader in hospitality software.

Responsibilities

  • Understand our business, customers, market, and product data to continue delivering value.
  • Define the product vision and strategy by collaborating with stakeholders to establish a clear direction aligned with company goals.
  • Lead and manage the product backlog : prioritize and maintain a well-defined backlog aligned with customer needs.
  • Define and align the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure timely and valuable delivery.
  • Cross-functional collaboration : work closely with development, design, sales, and support teams to ensure consistent and effective product delivery.
  • Market and competitor analysis : stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Measure and analyze results : set KPIs and use analytics tools to evaluate product performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to understand, anticipate, and manage customer expectations, market trends, and competitive pressures.

Requirements

  • Experience : Minimum 5 years in Product Owner or Product Manager roles, preferably in SaaS or hospitality tech environments.
  • Technical knowledge : Familiar with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product management tools such as Azure DevOps or similar.
  • Analytical skills : Ability to interpret data and metrics to guide product decisions.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English (minimum C1). You will be collaborating with teams across different countries.
  • Flexibility and the ability to thrive in uncertain and changing environments.
  • Education : University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Desirable : Previous experience working in the hospitality industry.
