Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments.
• Solid background in the FMCG sector.
• Advanced English (C1) level required.

Job Opportunity : Senior / Lead Product Owner – TPM & RGM

We are currently looking for a Senior / Lead Product Owner with experience in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to lead the development of digital solutions in the area of commercial promotions and revenue optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategy for TPM / RGM solutions
• Manage product backlog, roadmap, and sprint prioritization
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical requirements
• Collaborate with technical teams and global stakeholders
• Ensure quality, security, and compliance with internal and external standards
• Drive continuous improvement and provide operational support

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban)
• Solid background in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector
• Advanced English (C1) level for global collaboration
• Technical knowledge of cloud technologies , microservices , and modern architectures
