Senior Product Marketing Manager (Fixed Term – Maternity Cover)

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager for an 18-week fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave. This role is remote, based in Spain.

As a strategic storyteller, you will craft compelling product positioning and lead go-to-market activations that drive revenue. Reporting to an Associate Director of Product Marketing, you will shape strategy, positioning, messaging, and oversee a team of product marketers.

In this role, you will...

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Define and refine product positioning and messaging.
  • Lead planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and industry trends.
  • Create marketing collateral to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales to enable effective selling.
  • Analyze customer feedback to refine product features and messaging.
  • Monitor competitors’ strategies and marketing efforts.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure campaign and initiative success.
  • Work cross-functionally with product development, sales, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product marketing with successful product launch experience.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Creative, innovative, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient with marketing tools (CRM, analytics, CMS).
  • Experience in learning, talent, or HCM software is a plus.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and able to work independently.
