Senior Product Marketing Manager (Fixed Term – Maternity Cover)

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager for an 18-week fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave. This role is remote, based in Spain.

As a strategic storyteller, you will craft compelling product positioning and lead go-to-market activations that drive revenue. Reporting to an Associate Director of Product Marketing, you'll shape strategy, positioning, messaging, and oversee a team of product marketers.

In this role, you will...

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  2. Define and refine product positioning and messaging to communicate value propositions.
  3. Lead planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates.
  4. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and industry trends.
  5. Develop marketing collateral to support sales and marketing efforts.
  6. Collaborate with sales to provide tools, training, and resources.
  7. Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine features and messaging.
  8. Monitor competitors' strategies and marketing efforts.
  9. Establish KPIs to measure campaign and initiative success.
  10. Work cross-functionally with product development, sales, and marketing teams.

Qualifications...

  • 5+ years in product marketing with successful product launches.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
  • Creative, innovative, and project management abilities.
  • Experience with marketing tools (CRM, analytics, CMS).
  • Experience in learning, talent, or HCM software is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is €52,300 - €83,700, based on experience and location, plus bonuses and benefits. We value equitable pay, market competitiveness, and skill-based growth.
