Department: Growth | Reports to: VP Growth

Nuitée is on a mission to reinvent how companies build travel products—powering global distribution through our API-first platform used by brands like Google, Hopper, Uber, and more.

We’re looking for a hybrid growth + product marketing profile to lead go-to-market execution across our B2B travel ecosystem. This role blends strategy, storytelling, and systems-building, from crafting compelling positioning to building marketing automations that scale.

You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Growth, and Sales, shaping how we bring new features to market and drive partner acquisition across both supply and demand sides.

What you'll do:
  1. Develop product positioning and messaging that turns technical features into commercial wins
  2. Launch GTM strategies (SEO, email, paid, webinars, etc.) to drive qualified leads
  3. Build and optimize automated lead nurturing, onboarding, and activation flows
  4. Own campaign performance, A/B tests, and funnel optimization — data is your co-pilot
  5. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering on launches and activation journeys
You are:
  1. A growth-minded storyteller
  2. With 5+ years of experience in GTM, growth, or product marketing
  3. Fluent in HubSpot, CRM workflows, lifecycle marketing, and automation tools
  4. Able to turn numbers into strategy using tools like PostHog, Looker, spreadsheets (SQL a plus)
  5. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with high autonomy and ownership
  6. Ideally familiar with B2B marketplaces, embedded travel, or API-led tech stacks
Bonus points for:
  1. Experience with travel tech, affiliate programs, or supply-side integrations (channel managers, extranets, etc.)
  2. Exposure to partner onboarding funnels
  3. Spanish language skills; other languages are welcome
