Formación

  • 5+ years of proven experience in product management or marketing.
  • Previous experience in the SaaS industry, preferably in hospitality.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience leading product marketing teams.

About the Role

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager - PLG, you will be a driving force in formulating and executing PLG strategies, focusing on enhancing customer-wide net revenue retention and launching inbound growth revenue in 2024. This cross-functional position demands strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams.

Your Mission

  • Lead PMM contribution in cross-functional initiatives for increasing upsell revenues, churn prevention, pricing and packaging for different geos and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
  • Elevate overall product market fit and adoption through personalised automated communication campaigns.
  • Develop and implement a robust product marketing strategy for PLG, aligning it with overarching business objectives.
  • Mentor the Product Marketing team, fostering their growth and development.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to magnify the impact of new product launches.
  • Cultivate a profound understanding of our customers and their evolving needs.
  • Measure and analyse the performance of PLG campaigns, utilising insights to refine future initiative.

About You

  • 5+ years of proven experience in product management or marketing, demonstrating a track record of driving successful product-led growth.
  • Previous experience in the SaaS industry, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, effectively leading and developing a team of product marketing managers.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and analyse marketing campaign performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at creating compelling messaging and content.
  • Proficient in collaboration and project management, showcasing an ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Bonus if strong experience working with product analytics tools & languages like SQL, etc.
