DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and develop products, features, and platforms that enhance customer experience in the Amazon Store. You will lead the strategy, vision, and roadmap, with significant responsibility for key features and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, effective in a matrix organization, and skilled at integrating various technologies into products and applications that resonate with customers.

The EU INTech Consumer Tech team aims to help customers find, evaluate, and compare products confidently, ensuring they select the best options at the best value. We develop features that assist customers through Amazon's extensive selection and support purchase decisions, tailoring shopping experiences to individual needs by building customer-facing features, services, and platforms based on European-specific requirements, in collaboration with global Amazon technical teams.

This role is suited for a customer-obsessed individual who quickly learns new technologies and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be a creative and analytical problem solver, embodying Amazon's motto to "Work Hard. Have Fun. Make History."

Your responsibilities include defining an aspirational customer experience, gaining stakeholder buy-in, and translating this vision into actionable roadmap items. You will work closely with engineering teams to deliver exceptional products and collaborate with product, design, user research, development, and executive teams to enhance the customer experience.

The role is primarily based in Madrid but can also be performed from Luxembourg or London.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in owning or driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Proven track record in feature delivery and product trade-offs
• Experience in technical discussions regarding technology decisions and strategy
• Ability to advocate for critical customers and stakeholders during prioritization and planning
• Background in technical product management, program management, or engineering
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in statistical analysis using SQL, Excel, and other tools
• Experience with technologies like Hadoop, rule-based systems, and machine learning
