Job summary

Newry Global Media in Madrid is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own a portfolio of consumer mobile apps with subscription revenue. You will set vision, roadmap, priorities, and metrics for end-to-end products, aligning cross-functional teams and shaping monetisation strategies.

We require 5–8 years in product, deep comfort with retention analytics (D7, D14, D30, LTV cohorts), paywall design, and A/B testing with proven results.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years in product, most of it on consumer mobile apps with subscription revenue.
• Fluency in mobile metrics: D7, D14, D30 retention, LTV by cohort, conversion, ARPU, churn.
• Paywall design, A/B testing and subscription flows you have run yourself, with results you can show.
• Strong enough with data to pull your own analysis and pressure-test assumptions.
• An operator's care for the one percent details that compound.
• You align a squad and brief leadership without over-engineering either.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end products within a portfolio of 300+ apps and drive vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Own monetisation: paywalls, pricing experiments, trial flows, and subscription economics.
• Drive activation and retention: onboarding, engagement loops, and churn reduction.
• Own the data: retention curves, LTV cohorts, conversion, and metrics reporting.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, growth, and UA to move as a single squad.
