To strengthen our Immunology Business Unit, we are currently hiring a
The Opportunity:
You will serve as the lead for Iberian product initiatives and planning focused on HCPs, with primary responsibility to deliver outstanding results for assigned products/indications. This position will liaise with multiple business functions and external stakeholders to ensure appropriate coordination of activities and develop promotional materials based on product strategy.
The Role:
Develop and implement local marketing plans according to market needs to ensure sales, profit, and market share objectives are achieved. Develop marketing plans and execute effective actions for products and clients to meet commercial goals, enhance product competitiveness, and satisfy customer needs.
Elaborate product positioning, messaging, and SWOT analysis, ensuring clear communication to the Field Force; participate in the proposal, development, and control of the A&P budget; develop and implement promotional materials, events, and campaigns aligned with marketing strategy; organize and/or participate in national/international congresses.
Ensure all activities comply with Pharma Code and legal regulations; measure the impact of marketing actions; propose local market research for responsible products.
Monitor local market trends; manage and utilize the CRM system effectively; gather data from the field (reps, customers, hospitals, competitors) to inform product initiatives; identify market drivers and success factors; recommend new actions to increase sales and market share.
Interact with all local CSL Behring departments, KOLs, customers, and EU colleagues.
Lead Iberian Business Teams and actively participate in EBTs/EU Launch Teams to facilitate cross-market initiatives (new studies, strategies, etc.).
Your Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, life sciences, or healthcare discipline; MBA preferred.
7+ years of experience in sales and marketing or related fields within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry.
2-4 years of product management experience preferred.
Willingness to travel: up to 20%.
Reporting Relationships:
This role reports to the Business Unit Head.
