Job Description: Senior Product Manager - Fleet Management Solutions (m/f/d)

About the Team

The ZF Aftermarket Digital Solutions group develops innovative fleet management solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Our cross-functional team includes product specialists, designers, and engineers working in an agile environment across Barcelona, Dublin, and other European locations. You will play a critical role in shaping its future direction and market success.

What you can look forward to as Senior Product Manager (m/f/d):

• Drive product strategy and roadmap for our fleet management ecosystem, translating business and customer needs into clear product requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in the SMB fleet management space.
• Own the product P&L, lead budget planning, and develop pricing strategies in collaboration with key departments.
• Define go-to-market strategies and support sales activities with compelling product presentations.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization and external partners to ensure product success.
• Monitor product metrics and KPIs to measure success and inform future development priorities.

Your Profile as Senior Product Manager (m/f/d):

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in product management.
• Proven track record of successfully launching digital products, preferably in SaaS or automotive sectors.
• Strong understanding of fleet management challenges and SMB customer needs.
• Experience with agile methodologies and excellent data analysis skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to define compelling product visions and roadmaps.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing product P&L and budget planning.
• Knowledge of vehicle lifecycle management and fleet telematics is advantageous.
