Datavant is seeking a versatile Product Manager to own Data Harmonization within the Life Sciences business. The role sits on the Data Utility team and focuses on privacy, remediation, and harmonization capabilities that make health data usable for research and analytics.

You will define the end-to-end harmonization workflow, determine what to build, buy, or deliver through partners, and drive scalable, auditable components integrated with ingestion, privacy, and downstream analytics.

Formación

• 5+ years of product management or technical product ownership experience with data platforms or analytics products.
• Experience owning a complex product from discovery through delivery and adoption.
• Ability to translate customer needs into scalable product requirements.
• Familiarity with data integration concepts and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Strong analytical judgment and stakeholder alignment across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for data harmonization.
• Define the end-to-end data harmonization workflow from intake to analytics-ready delivery.
• Lead build/buy/partner decisions and evaluate vendors through proofs of concept.
• Productize mapping templates, transformation rules, and validation logic.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Privacy, Delivery, and GTM to shape offerings.
• Prioritize backlog as Agile Product Owner and track key performance metrics.
