Datavant in Barcelona is seeking a versatile Product Manager to own Data Harmonization within the Life Sciences business. You will define the end-to-end workflow, collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Privacy, and GTM teams to deliver privacy-compliant, analytics-ready data assets.

This role will turn repeatable delivery into scalable software, drive customer adoption, and shape the commercial offering with packaging and pricing strategies.

Formación

• 5+ years in product management or technical product ownership.
• Experience owning a complex product from discovery and strategy through delivery.
• Demonstrated experience making build-versus-buy-or-partner decisions, including vendor evaluation, PoC design, and TCO analysis.
• Strong grounding in data integration and ETL/ELT concepts, including pipelines, mapping, validation, and lineage.
• Able to review data dictionaries and mapping specs with engineers and data scientists.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for data harmonization.
• Define the end-to-end workflow from source-data intake to analytics-ready delivery.
• Clarify privacy/remediation sequencing to preserve mapping integrity and utility.
• Lead build/buy/partner decisions with evaluative criteria and PoCs.
• Define technical requirements and build reusable assets, including mapping templates and validation logic.
• Design for operational complexity, including human review, drift, and monitoring.
• Engage customers to translate needs into clear product requirements.
• Partner with Data Science and Delivery to productize services and measure impact.
• Shape the commercial offering with GTM packaging, pricing, and positioning.
• Serve as Agile Product Owner, prioritizing the backlog and coordinating with engineering.
