Datavant is seeking a data-driven Product Manager to own Data Harmonization within the Life Sciences business. You’ll shape the end-to-end workflow, establish reusable assets, and drive from strategy to scalable software delivery.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Privacy, Platform, and GTM teams to deliver analytics-ready datasets that meet privacy and quality standards. You will partner with customers to translate data engineering and analytics needs into concrete product

Formación

• 5+ years of product management or technical product ownership experience.
• Experience owning a complex product from discovery to delivery, launch, adoption, and improvement.
• Experience making build-versus-buy or partner decisions, including vendor evaluation and POC design.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for data harmonization, defining target users and use cases.
• Define and own the end-to-end workflow from data intake to analytics-ready delivery.
• Clarify privacy interactions and ensure mapping integrity and analytic utility.
• Lead build, buy, and partner decisions with evaluation criteria and proofs of concept.
• Define technical requirements and reusable assets with engineering for scalable delivery.
• Design for real-world complexity, including human review, exceptions, and monitoring.
• Engage customers to translate needs into clear product requirements.
• Partner with Data Science and Delivery to target automation and business impact.
• Shape GTM packaging, pricing inputs, and sales enablement.
