Veeva OpenData seeks an entrepreneurial Data Product Manager to own the roadmap and strategy for Europe. This senior role collaborates with data engineers, analysts, and product operations to scale the product, harness AI, and maximize customer value while navigating healthcare regulations.

Remote work options available across the UK, Germany, or Spain with travel expected. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in data analytics or product management, SQL fluency, and a quantitative degree.

Formación

• SQL proficiency for querying databases and validating data quality.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics or product management.
• Experience extracting value from complex datasets and driving product strategy.
• Strong backlog management and data quality standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or related field.
• Fluent in English (C1 or higher) for global stakeholders.
• Experience building data products for life sciences.
• Business proficiency (B2+) in an additional language (e.g., French, German, Polish, Arabic).

Responsabilidades

• Own the end‑to‑end product plan and scale its customer footprint.
• Architect high‑level data strategy for sourcing, transforming, updating, and analyzing country datasets.
• Translate market needs into a strategic roadmap for data engineers, analysts, and product operations; explore AI and automation.
• Collaborate with strategy, sales, and services to gather feedback and iterate quickly.
• Set and enforce KPIs for data coverage, completeness, and accuracy; ensure data quality.
• Monitor healthcare regulations and market shifts to adapt the product roadmap.
