A tech company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead site acquisition and enhance user experience. You will manage a team, optimize conversion funnels, and analyze user data. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of experience in Product Management, a strong focus on growth and UX, and is fluent in English. This is a full-time remote position suitable for EU timezones.

Formación

  • 6+ years’ experience in Product Management (B2C or SaaS environment).
  • Strong background in Growth, UX, and CRO.
  • Experience managing junior PMs / POs.
  • Data-driven, with strong analytical and prioritization skills.
  • Fluent in English, autonomous, comfortable in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

  • Analyze data to reduce churn and improve engagement.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager (Front) to take ownership of our site acquisition and connected user experience. You’ll lead initiatives across growth, UX, churn reduction, and conversion, managing a small team of junior Product Owners and working closely with design and engineering to drive business impact.

Your mission
  • Own the front-facing experience: website, acquisition flows, logged-in areas.
  • Build and optimize the conversion funnel and connected user space (activation, retention, upsell).
  • Analyze data to reduce churn and improve engagement.
  • Define and prioritize the roadmap with clear metrics and goals.
  • Manage and coach junior Product Owners under your scope.
  • Collaborate with Design, Marketing, and Tech on experiments and A/B tests.
Profile
  • 6+ years’ experience in Product Management (B2C or SaaS environment).
