Job summary

Preply is building a fintech/payments-focused product squad to empower learners and tutors in a fast-growing global EdTech marketplace. You will own the product roadmap, lead cross-functional teams, and shape solutions from vision to launch while measuring impact on revenue and user experience.

As a hands-on leader, you will balance compliance and user experience, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with product, eng, design, and operations to drive sustainable growth for Preply’s payments

Qualifications

• Experience leading product initiatives in payments or fintech.
• Hands-on leader with end-to-end product ownership.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Strong data-driven decision making and metrics focus.
• Ability to plan and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Preply's fintech/payments domain.
• Balance compliance, UX, and business goals while delivering value.
• Lead planning, ceremonies, and delivery tracking for the squad.
• Align priorities with leadership and coordinate dependencies across teams.
• Drive growth initiatives to enhance revenue and user experience.
