We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager for our partner, a leading B2B luxury marketplace.

Your Mission

You will be part of the Fintech Product team, focused on the lending vertical, enabling customers to purchase on credit. The team manages the entire financial stack, including payments, KYC & onboarding, risk assessment, and fraud monitoring.

The Role:

Customer Research:

  • Analyze competitor offerings and customer needs to create a top-tier credit experience.
  • Collaborate with the customer experience team to design seamless user journeys.

Data:

  • Track key metrics and lead initiatives to improve performance.
  • Enhance data tracking and instrumentation.

Product Development:

  • Work cross-functionally with business, design, marketing, research, engineering, and data teams to develop solutions addressing customer pain points and increasing revenue.
  • Create detailed product documentation for business and engineering teams.
  • Coordinate with international rating agencies and third-party partners for platform integrations and credit offering enhancements.

Product Strategy:

  • Define long-term vision and strategy for the credit stack aligned with company goals.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and priorities to achieve project objectives.

What we need:

  • Problem solver: Ability to identify user and business problems and solve them with technology.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in product management, with a strong background in credit and lending, including third-party integrations.
  • Financial understanding: Knowledge of financial metrics and reporting is a plus.
  • Data-driven decision-making: Experience with SQL or similar languages.
  • Stakeholder management: Strong communication skills to manage stakeholders and complex workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
