About the role

You’ll work within an empowered cross-functional team in R&D, driving the evolution of AI + Human communication across our core Sales & Support platform, expanding into new verticals like qualification and deflection.

What You Will Do:

Know the User

  • Dive deep into user and buyer personas through research, interviews, and feedback loops
  • Champion the voice of the customer across the organization

Set the Vision

  • Define a compelling product strategy that aligns with business outcomes and customer success
    Build, refine, and communicate a product roadmap for desktop, mobile, and embedded calling apps

Drive Real Impact

  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Customer teams to solve meaningful user problems
  • Co-lead discovery, run journey mapping workshops, author PRDs, and align GTM teams

Lead & Learn Together

  • Join a seasoned team of engineers and designers
  • Share insights across the R&D org and help scale our product-led thinking
What We Are Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Product Management, preferably with omnichannel communication, focusing on end-user products and translating user needs into measurable impact for buyer personas.
  • Proven success in user-driven product development with measurable impact on key business metrics
  • Proven experience creating clear, compelling, and well-researched explanations of the business value, risks, and impact of multi-phase initiatives
  • Deep experience blending quantitative & qualitative research to guide decisions. You’re as data-obsessed as you’re user-obsessed.
  • Strong communicator, equally effective with frontline users (a busy front-line Sales Rep or Support Agent) and senior execs
  • A creative and critical thinker exploring how AI will reshape product management
  • Highly organized, resilient, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
