We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and execution-focused Senior Product Manager (Bet LiveStreams). This is a full-time role, with locations in London (UK), Graz (Austria), Prague (Czech Republic), Katowice (Poland), or Madrid (Spain).

Bet LiveStreams offers 24/7 live sports video streams tailored for bettors, creating immersive and engaging sports betting experiences for hundreds of sportsbooks and millions of users globally. Features like Opta Interactive Overlays allow bettors to view live odds, add bets to their betslip, and access real-time team and player stats without leaving the stream, redefining live streaming in betting and shaping the future of in-play engagement.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, AI, Rights, Sales, Technology, and Marketing teams, serving as the primary contact for all features related to our Bet LiveStreams product.

Responsibilities :

• Define and own the product vision and strategic roadmap for Bet LiveStreams, guiding current and future feature development to drive growth and engagement.
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers focused on delivering AI-driven betting experiences at scale.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to launch and optimization.
• Collaborate with fellow Product Managers to share insights, incorporate advanced data, and align roadmaps.
• Work with AI and Innovation teams to develop cutting-edge features and integrate emerging technologies.
• Enhance user engagement and retention through features that improve betting experiences and user satisfaction.
• Conduct user research to understand bettor and client behaviors, informing product decisions.
• Create comprehensive product and go-to-market documentation.
• Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to keep Bet LiveStreams at the forefront of innovation.
• Champion user-centric design to deliver seamless and personalized experiences across platforms.

Required Qualifications :

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 3 years in video streaming, fan engagement, or betting content.
• 2+ years leading and managing high-performing Product Managers.
• Deep knowledge of the sports betting industry, trends, and bettor behaviors.
• Experience in sports and/or technology sectors preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to define product vision and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Strong understanding of video delivery technologies like adaptive bitrate streaming, CDNs, encoding/decoding, and DRM.
• History of successfully launching products in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
