Job summary

SplitMetrics is a global software company delivering a growth engine for mobile-first businesses. We are seeking a hands-on Senior Product Manager to own the Core product direction for SplitMetrics Acquire, focusing on Apple Ads management and performance optimization.

You will drive strategy, discovery, and go-to-market with cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery and adoption that directly impact revenue and retention. Remote-first culture with international collaboration is at our core.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management in B2B SaaS
• Experience in mobile UA, AdTech, or performance marketing is a strong plus
• Experience working on ML products is a plus
• Strong data fluency and ability to analyze large-scale performance data
• Ability to extract insights and make decisions with imperfect data
• Solid understanding of A/B testing, incrementality, and optimization logic
• Proven ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes (revenue, retention)
• Experience writing clear PRDs for cross-functional teams
• Strong prioritization skills and end-to-end ownership

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly strategy for the core performance optimization product
• Define quarterly OKRs and initiatives aligned with company strategy
• Translate signals from clients, Sales, CS, and market into product priorities
• Lead discovery and write clear PRDs for Engineering, QA, and Design
• Partner with engineers to drive execution and unblock dependencies
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on feature positioning and launches
• Drive adoption among enterprise clients with CS
• Align Engineering, Sales, CS, and Marketing to support growth
