We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for a new product line in corporate travel and AI domains.

Your Impact :

1. Own our email/chat automation solution end-to-end, including strategy and roadmap.
2. Maximize interaction coverage while ensuring high accuracy and user experience.
3. Define and prioritize features and requirements; collaborate with cross-functional teams for delivery.
4. Work directly with clients and partners.
5. Understand operational needs and identify new product opportunities.
6. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to influence strategy and make data-driven decisions.
7. Measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
8. Manage backlog prioritization.
9. Support sales with messaging, features, limitations, and competitive positioning.

Requirements

About you as an AI product manager:

1. 2+ years managing automated chat/email bot products, including intent identification.
2. Experience in conversational flow design.
3. Monitoring and measuring bot performance.
4. Experience implementing LLMs in production is advantageous.

About you as a product manager :

1. Experience in the travel industry is essential.
2. 5+ years in product management.
3. Proven success launching SaaS products.
4. Experience engaging with senior clients and conducting discovery calls.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
7. Bachelor's degree in relevant fields preferred.
