Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead AI-native initiatives applying Generative and Agentic AI to clinical trial workflows. You will shape strategy and execute prototypes and scaled solutions, working with AI, engineering, and clinical stakeholders to move quickly from concept to value in a fast-moving environment.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong product judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to operate in ambiguity while delivering measurable impact

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Strong product judgment and ability to operate with limited information.
• Experience working closely with engineering and data/AI teams.
• Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts (LLMs, prompt design, agent-based systems).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmaps for agentic AI initiatives supporting clinical operations.
• Lead multiple early-stage investments in parallel, guiding rapid experimentation and scaling decisions.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to identify high-value use cases and drive adoption.
• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and delivery priorities.
• Work closely with AI and engineering teams in an agile, highly collaborative model.
• Define and track KPIs tied to trial speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
