Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead AI-native initiatives applying Generative and Agentic AI to clinical trial workflows. You will drive strategy, collaborate with AI, engineering, and clinical stakeholders, and advance concepts from prototype to scalable solutions in a fast-moving environment.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong product judgment, ability to operate with ambiguity, and a track record of delivering value in complex settings.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong product judgment with limited information.
• Experience working with engineering and data/AI teams.
• Fluent with AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and agent-based systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmaps for agentic AI initiatives in clinical operations.
• Lead multiple early-stage investments with rapid experimentation and scaling decisions.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to identify high-value use cases and drive adoption.
• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Collaborate with AI and engineering teams in an agile, collaborative model.
• Define and track KPIs related to trial speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
