Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and execution of AI-native initiatives applying Generative and Agentic AI to clinical trial workflows. The role blends strategy, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on execution, collaborating with AI, engineering, and clinical teams to move from concept to value in fast-moving environments.

You will define visions, manage early investments, and drive adoption across stakeholders, with focus on improving trial speed, quality, and cost

Qualifications

PM/Sr PM experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Strong product judgment with limited information.
Experience working with engineering and data/AI teams.
Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts (LLMs, prompts).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Define product vision and roadmaps for agentic AI initiatives for clinical operations.
Lead multiple early-stage investments in parallel, guiding rapid experimentation and scaling decisions.
Partner with clinical and operational leaders to identify high-value use cases and drive adoption.
Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and delivery priorities.
Work closely with AI and engineering teams in an agile, collaborative model.
Define and track KPIs tied to trial speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
