Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead agentic AI initiatives within its ATS group. You will define vision, roadmaps, and execution for AI-native clinical operations projects, guiding rapid experiments from concept to value in a fast-moving environment.

Working with AI, data science and engineering teams, you will translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements, track KPIs on trial speed and quality, and drive adoption across clinical operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong product judgment and ability to operate with limited information.
• Experience working with engineering and data/AI teams.
• Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmaps for agentic AI initiatives supporting clinical operations
• Lead multiple early-stage investments in parallel, guiding rapid experimentation and scaling decisions
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to identify high-value use cases and drive adoption
• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and delivery priorities
• Work closely with AI and engineering teams in an agile, highly collaborative model
• Define and track KPIs tied to trial speed, quality, and cost efficiency
