Job summary

IQVIA, a global leader in clinical research services and healthcare intelligence, seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead agentic AI initiatives within ATS. You will partner with AI, engineering, and clinical stakeholders to move from concept to value in fast-moving environments.

This hands-on role combines strategy, execution, and stakeholder engagement to define roadmaps, invest in early-stage AI experiments, and drive adoption across workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Strong product judgment with ability to operate with limited information.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and data/AI teams and translating needs into requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmaps for agentic AI initiatives supporting clinical operations.
• Lead multiple early-stage investments in parallel, guiding rapid experimentation and scaling decisions.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to identify high-value use cases and drive adoption.
• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and delivery priorities.
• Work closely with AI and engineering teams in an agile, highly collaborative model.
• Define and track KPIs tied to trial speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
