Job summary

Adikteev is seeking a Senior Product Manager to enhance the programmatic supply accessed by our DSP. You will translate partner, data, and internal insights into clear product strategy, priorities, and measurable improvements for Adikteev and its clients.

You will partner with Engineering, Data and commercial teams to shape platform behavior, optimize inventory quality, and drive business outcomes. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, RTB.
• Ability to turn data into product priorities.
• Collaborates with Engineering, Data and commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for your scope.
• Analyze performance data, auction dynamics, platform behavior.
• Translate complex problems into product requirements and measurements.
• Work with Engineering through discovery, design, development and delivery.
• Partner with Data to define analyses, dashboards and metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to align needs with outcomes.
• Build relationships with SSP partners and apply market insights.
• Create product documentation and training resources.
• Communicate decisions clearly to stakeholders.
