Your opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager passionate about building web-based data products. Be part of our UX platform team, which builds the foundation for our observability platform. You should work well with engineers, marketing, and executives, knowing when to gather more data and when to make decisions. If you've done similar work as an architect, engineering leader, or in another leadership role, you might be a good fit.

What you'll do

1. Drive product strategy for internal managed services, guided by customer feedback, industry standards, and internal initiatives.
2. Engage with customers (Product, GTM, Sales, Marketing teams) to understand their challenges and how Demo Engineering can provide a seamless experience.
3. Collaborate with teams to provide business context, guidance, and success criteria to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Develop and adjust a rolling 4-quarter roadmap in collaboration with Engineering, aligning key releases and responding to customer demand and resource changes.

This role requires

• 6+ years as a Product Manager
• Experience with infrastructure products like container orchestration, managed cloud services, load balancing, networking, build and deploy tools.
• Experience in large-scale SaaS environments.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of data-driven decisions.
