Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team. As a Product Manager, you will shape Clarity’s product vision and strategy, ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs, determine the most impactful features to develop, drive the product roadmap, and coordinate all phases of the product life cycle — from discovery and experimentation to planning and release.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Product Vision & Strategy: Align the product strategy with Clarity’s business needs and users, and determine the most relevant features.
• End-to-End Responsibility & Coordination: Drive all phases of the product life cycle, manage the roadmap and requirements, track deadlines, and ensure smooth collaboration between squads (developers, data science, researchers) and stakeholders (business development, customer success, etc.).
• Reporting: Report on product success KPIs and ensure commitment to the product roadmap.
• Documentation & Release Notes: Document user stories and use cases; support product release notes for internal and external communications.
• Data Analysis: Perform recurrent analysis on product usage and extract key insights for improvement.
• OKRs & KPIs: Help the squad define OKRs and track progress, identify deviations, and contribute to strategy.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor landscape and stay updated on data and market trends in social impact and financial investment areas.

Location

The role is based in Madrid. Way of Working: Remote / Hybrid.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of experience.
• Educational background: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or advanced degree in Engineering, Statistics, Science, Mathematics, or Business.
• Self-starter, able to take ownership with high energy and stamina.
• Decisive and action-oriented; capable of rapid decision-making with incomplete information.
• Highly motivated, independent, and deeply passionate about sustainability and impact.
• Detail-oriented, numerically proficient, with curiosity and an innovative approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills (minimum C1).
• Professional experience in the financial services sector and in sustainability, social impact, and ESG research is a plus.
