Job Description

Senior Product Manager - Fleet Management Solutions (m / f / d)

About the Team

The ZF Aftermarket Digital Solutions group develops innovative fleet management solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Our cross-functional team includes product specialists, designers, and engineers working in an agile environment across Barcelona, Dublin and other European locations. You will play a critical role in shaping its future direction and market success.

What you can look forward to as Senior Product Manager (m / f / d) :

1. Drive product strategy and roadmap for our fleet management ecosystem, translating business and customer needs into clear product requirements
2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in the SMB fleet management space
3. Own the product P&L, lead budget planning, and develop pricing strategies in collaboration with key departments
4. Define go-to-market strategies and support sales activities with compelling product presentations
5. Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization and external partners to ensure product success
6. Monitor product metrics and KPIs to measure success and inform future development priorities

Your Profile as Senior Product Manager (m / f / d) :

1. Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in product management
2. Proven track record of successfully launching digital products, preferably in SaaS or automotive sectors
3. Strong understanding of fleet management challenges and SMB customer needs
4. Experience with agile methodologies and excellent data analysis skills
5. Strategic thinking with the ability to define compelling product visions and roadmaps
6. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
7. Experience managing product P&L and budget planning
8. Knowledge of vehicle lifecycle management and fleet telematics is advantageous
