• Luzia launched in April 2023 initially designed as a personal assistant on WhatsApp. By making AI accessible on WhatsApp, we've grown rapidly and have experienced great success; capturing a unique audience of GenZ users based in LATAM. In our first 18 months, Luzia has become the fastest Spanish consumer-focused company to reach 1M daily active users worldwide. We are constantly evolving and working on improving our app to deliver best-in-class user experience focusing on education and companionship for GenZ - helping them learn, connect and grow.

What you will be doing in the first 15 days :

Create and map opportunities to improve our product and drive our main key metrics (DAUs, Retention, Engagement), ensuring initiatives are aligned with our product strategy. To do that you will need to : get familiarized with our internal infrastructure (tech architecture, app architecture and flows), study all of our app metrics diving deep (using SQL and Amplitude), read user reviews and past user interviews, to ultimately come up with a plan to present to leadership.

Responsibilities :

• Work directly with the top management of the company to define the future of the Luzia app.
• Help define and shape our App product roadmap, understanding business and user needs and opportunities based on a combination of internal and external data.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, growth, and other teams, prioritize work and help turn technology into innovative products that solve our user needs.
• Understand Luzia's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry.
• Integrate AI into our org and area workflows to optimize processes and cut manual load.
• Develop and maintain robust product documentation and requirements that improve internal processes and help to provide scope for engineering development.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
• Design and drive experiments to test hypotheses and form actionable recommendations. Present to business leaders and drive decisions.
• Understand the business needs and produce insightful analyses for stakeholders (CEO, Leadership, Marketing, etc).

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in a similar Product Management role, preferably at an internet / mobile / AI company.
• Technical background with understanding and / or hands-on experience in software development and AI technologies.
• Experience building B2C mobile apps, ideally targeted at young audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams and ability to influence.
• Experience gathering business requirements, defining product requirements and using business intelligence tools (SQL, Amplitude, Looker, Braze) to extract data, formulate metrics, and build reports.
• Experience leading multiple projects with multiple stakeholders within tight timelines.
• Extreme attention to detail, design and UX.
• Genuine user-centric and data-driven mindsets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Full professional proficiency in English. Spanish and / or Portuguese is a plus.
