The Role
The Implementation team at TravelPerk manages the onboarding of our new clients. We are looking for a German-speaking Onboarding Specialist responsible for executing and launching implementations within your portfolio. As an Implementation Specialist, you will analyze the specific needs of each customer to propose tailored implementation plans. Your success will be measured by the completion and adoption of the TravelPerk platform among your customers' users. You will be the subject matter expert in change management and will deliver a 7-star onboarding experience!
The role requires excellent communication, project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. While familiarity with technical concepts like integrations and open APIs is helpful, you don't need to be an expert immediately.
