We are looking for a

Senior Product Manager

to own the strategy and evolution of their core content platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and exceptional user experiences across all customer segments. This is a strategic role focused on platform modernization, technical health, and the core content delivery experience.

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the product roadmap for core platform infrastructure, technical health, and content delivery experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to address technical debt, modernize infrastructure, and ensure high performance across content APIs and core codebases.
• Own the product strategy for major migrations and system improvements, ensuring feature parity and minimal user disruption.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as API uptime, content load times, search responsiveness, and user engagement across foundational content features.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or equivalent experience in the legal domain. A background that closely aligns with legal workflows is ideal.
• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on platform, infrastructure, or core technology products.
• Strong grasp of technical architecture and software development lifecycles, including managing large-scale codebases and complex systems.
• Demonstrated ability to make data-driven product decisions and define KPIs that reflect both user value and technical quality.
• Proficiency with agile tools and methodologies (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable navigating both technical and non-technical discussions.
• Highly organized, with experience prioritizing work across multiple technical teams and initiatives.
• Full professional level of
English.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in a technical field or an MBA.
• Experience in LegalTech, content-heavy platforms, or large-scale knowledge systems.
• Background in building or optimizing information retrieval / search technologies.
• Experience with system migrations, re-platforming efforts, or large-scale infrastructure upgrades.
• Experience working in distributed, international product teams.
