Senior Product Engineer – (Python / React)

Location: Barcelona (hybrid 2-3 days a week)

Salary: €70,000 to €90,000 + Equity

As the Senior Product Engineer, you will join a business-critical team within a hyper-growth SaaS company, working on projects focused on the consumer experience and platform scalability. Your responsibilities include system design, integrations, leading technical decisions, and mentoring team members.

This role is aimed at accelerating growth, supporting expansion into the US market, and enabling investments in product development, technology, and AI.

The company has a relatively flat structure; Senior level corresponds to Technical Lead / Principal Engineer responsibilities, with Staff level as the next step.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with product/consumer decision-making in product-led companies
• Experience with full-stack or backend development, ideally with Python and React (open to candidates from Node.js, Go, Rust, PHP backgrounds)
• Comfortable with technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews
• Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, product-focused mindset
• Passion for quality, testing, and delivering clean, efficient code
