Develop technical plans for assigned projects using company methodologies.Collaborate with department heads to prepare project budgets and define technical and human resources.Evaluate the feasibility and quality of proposed solutions.Research and develop product improvements in terms of technical characteristics, quality, and costs.Define purchasing specifications and approve suppliers.Required Skills and Qualifications :

Industrial Engineering degree in mechanical, electromechanical, materials, or biomedical fields.High level of English and Spanish language proficiency.Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.Previous experience working in an R&D department and with CAD systems.What We Offer :
