DNA.inc is seeking a Lead Product Designer to guide a multi-disciplinary team while staying hands-on and building trust with client stakeholders. You’ll balance craft with leadership across several engagements in the Spanish market, mentoring designers and shaping direction.

You’ll act as senior design presence, driving quality, aligning teams, and representing work to executives. This hands-on leadership role requires strong Spanish and English communication.

Formación

• Extensive track record designing and shipping complex digital products across web and mobile.
• Experience leading a design team while remaining actively involved in the work.
• Evidence of raising quality and effectiveness of other designers through leadership.
• Experience independently leading client or senior stakeholder relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team with clear direction and maintain high-quality craft.
• Own and improve design across engagements, balancing user needs and business goals.
• Lead client conversations, clarify what needs solving, and present recommendations.
