Alan Spain is expanding its product design team. You’ll shape product visions, collaborate with PMs, researchers and engineers, and deliver user-centered experiences across the health journey.

You’ll mentor juniors and contribute to a growing design system while applying AI-powered tools to elevate design quality. The role requires 5+ years of design experience, strong English, and the ability to work onsite in Barcelona a couple of days per week.

Formación

• Based in or within commuting distance of Barcelona, with the ability to work onsite twice per week.
• 5+ years of product design experience – you’ve shipped products end-to-end.
• Track record of delivering high-quality products in cross-functional teams.
• Design mentorship experience – coaching junior designers.
• Full-stack design capabilities across UX, UI and visual design.
• Open to using AI and innovative design tools in practice.
• Strong English communication; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a clear product vision and enable teams to explore, ideate, and experiment.
• Communicate across the organization with compelling storytelling in written and visual form.
• Build deep understanding of our members to turn insights into opportunities.
• Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers from problem to solution.
• Develop and evangelize design understanding and processes across teams.
• Mentor junior designers to raise overall team quality.
• Deliver a UI aligned with Alan’s brand with high-quality production assets.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system and component documentation.
