About The Role

We’re seeking a user-problem driven Senior Product Designer to craft top-tier solutions through thorough product reasoning. You will design end-to-end experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create impactful web and mobile solutions. As a Product Designer at Printify, you will oversee the user experience from discovery to launch, working with UX researchers, analysts, product managers, and engineers. This role demands problem analysis, creativity, attention to detail, and basic project management skills. A portfolio is required.

Your Daily Tasks will Include:

• Contributing to strategic decisions on product direction.
• Collaborating with UX researchers, analysts, product managers, and engineers to understand user needs.
• Mapping user flows, prototyping, validating solutions, and launching new features.
• Defining and evolving customer journeys for multiple user types.
• Iteratively improving the user experience through research and testing.
• Creating designs within visual systems and standards for a global audience.
• Ensuring consistency across platforms and integrations.
• Delivering high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment.
• Working closely with engineers to ensure proper implementation.
• Using online tools to monitor user interactions post-release.
• Using data analytics to refine design solutions.
• Planning and conducting user testing and validation sessions.

Your Qualifications:

• 4-6+ years of experience in B2B and B2C product design within product organizations.
• Proven success in designing and shipping products.
• Experience in e-commerce, especially order management, shipping, and fulfillment.
• Strong rapid prototyping skills.
• Expertise in complex user flows and journeys.
• Proficiency in Figma or willingness to learn.
• Experience working with engineers and product managers in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in user research and validation.
• Comfort designing for various user types.
• Experience with growth design, A/B testing, and experimentation.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to different project needs.
