Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of Jimdo’s next-generation fintech solutions within our Experience Design team. Your focus will be on creating trustworthy, compliant, and clear fintech experiences—designing secure, accessible, and seamless financial interfaces across devices. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams, thriving in a high-autonomy, impact-driven environment with deep fintech domain expertise.

Your Impact

• Design intuitive, compliant fintech products emphasizing clarity and trust.
• Lead product discovery through research.
• Translate complex requirements into simple, effective designs.
• Build and iterate prototypes using Figma, Lovable, and similar tools.
• Ensure designs meet WCAG standards across mobile and desktop.
• Mentor peers and influence design priorities within fintech.
• Collaborate across teams throughout the product lifecycle.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in senior product design roles with fintech expertise.
• Expertise in visual, interaction, and systems design.
• Proficiency in user-centric design, usability testing, and UX performance.
• Strong skills in Figma and prototyping tools (e.g., UXPin, Lovable).
• Strategic thinking with domain fluency in compliance, quoting, and invoicing.
• Experience designing for both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional teams, along with creativity, organization, and self-motivation.
